The 12 Steps of Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation
Sun Rituals easy to do: -
Here we are giving 12 stages of Surya Namaskar, according to the given order. At each stage, the following statement is to be spoken.
(1) Mitrai Namah (2) Rave Namah (3) Surya Namah (4) Bhanave Namah (5) Khagai Namah (6) Pushna Namah (7) Hiranyabhai Namah (8) Meri Namah (9) ) Aditya Namah (10) Secretarial Namah (11) Akarya Namah (12) Bhaskaray Namah:
Phase-1
Stand upright in the currency of caution. Both hands brought the sun to the position of salutation. Add some second hand and take normal breathing. Then both hands leave you loose. Keep the head straight and keep breathing normally.
Phase-2
Slowly lift both hands towards the sky while breathing in. Keeping the hand in front of the handle and taking the rear back, you can move the body back to the back where comfortably. Take the shape of the bow. And the hand will keep touching the ears.
Phase-3
Now, at the same speed, straighten the arms and straighten the hands forward. Bend. Keep the hands parallel (front) and do not let them turn. Bring the palms near or near the foot by bringing them to the ground. Keep the knees, joggers and toggle straight. When the palms fall down, remove the whole breath. Keep in mind that the head stays in the middle of both sides. Keep the upper part of the waist loose. Do not put strength. Awastha-4
